Good luck getting help to load heavy items. I pickup large and heavy items at Home Depot locations all the time. Most of the stores will help you load heavy items in your truck. Not the lazy young fellow working here. He brought the item outside on a pallet jack (because it was heavy) and then just went right back in the store, no help, no offer of help. What poor management to require customers to lift and load heavy items without help. Total clown show.

The staff at the Home Depot store in Ross Township PA were fantastic. Kevin and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to get the Halloween items we wanted. Kevin searched the whole store looking for the mini infernos and found for us. I would give this store more than 5 stars if I could. I wish I got the rest of the employees names but thank you to Kevin and the other 5 that helped us

Didn't have the tools I wanted in stock, so I went with the second best...also, for Home Depot Corp, as a retired military member, I should be able to present my ID card and receive the discount your offer instead of being registered online...I'm there, in your store with my ID...I registered online afterward and anyone came claim that discount without any proof of service ?
