The apartment itself is very nice, but that’s the only thing it has going at the moment. I’ve lived in a few apartments. And this one has to be the worse money grab place we have lived in. Not only do you pay the rent, but don’t think you get to park your car for free where you pay rent. Nope that’s an extra 8 dollars a month to park or you’ll be towed and have to pay 150 dollars to get your car out. You want your family to come visit you make sure you tell them they have to pay 20 dollars a day , if anything breaks it’s on you to pay and fix. (I’ve been trying since we moved in to email the company our packet with the information on what was broken when we moved in but still have no reply on where to send that, since the office is 1 closed weird hours or they don’t answer the phone )Water filter in fridge is out? You have to buy that on your own. The neighbors have no respect for the people around them. Loud stomping and blaring music at 1am.
You can message the staff about your concerns or try to call and they never answer the phones so good luck with that,
Upon moving in we were told this would be a gated community but when the gate is constantly open that defeats the purpose of a gated community,
We have had many packages stolen from our door that we have to go get a ring doorbell to stop these people from taking out stuff. It’s honestly getting out of hand.
If you’re looking for something nice but will take all your money for unnecessary stuff this is it!

I am absolutely disgusted with the current state of this complex and the new parking rules. After nearly five years of living here, I’ve never been this fed up. The administration has hit a new low, and it’s clear that residents’ concerns are being blatantly ignored.

Charging for parking—for both residents and visitors—is completely illogical. This isn’t downtown, and the fees are ridiculous. Meanwhile, the gate, which is a critical part of our security, has been broken for ages with no response or timeline for repair. My safety and the safety of my family clearly aren’t a priority, but charging me for parking is?

The lack of maintenance is appalling. The grills by the pool? Always broken. The building stairs? Absolutely filthy. Trash has been sitting around since the hurricanes—there’s even a piece of bread rotting in a corner that no one has bothered to clean up. To make matters worse, I’m being forced to pay for a valet trash service that refuses to pick up anything beyond a basic bag. Why am I paying for a service that doesn’t do its job?

This complex has become a complete embarrassment. For the prices being charged, the conditions are unacceptable, and there are far better options out there. I cannot wait for my lease to end so I can move out of this disaster.

It’s shameful how much this place has deteriorated. I’m beyond disappointed and angry. I strongly urge you to address these issues before the remaining tenants decide to leave as well.

I am beyond furious with the recent parking policy changes. It is absolutely absurd that, in the middle of my lease, the terms are being changed without my consent. When I renewed my lease, no one mentioned that my visitors would have to pay for parking. This is deceitful and completely unacceptable.

This is the only complex in the area with such a ridiculous rule, and the excuse from management that “it’s better to pay $2 than risk a $150 towing fee” is insulting and dismissive of how absurd this policy truly is. How dare you expect me to tell my guests they need to pay to visit me in my own home? It’s outrageous, disrespectful, and frankly insane.

This is yet another example of how management prioritizes making money over the satisfaction and well-being of residents. These kinds of unfair and arbitrary changes are completely unacceptable, and I demand this policy be reconsidered and revoked immediately.

Enough is enough. This complex is becoming unbearable.

This is the worst management, during the day you come and the parking lots are empty, the tow truck takes away the cars that are not paying $2.00 dollars an hour to visit, after 10 at night this is the condition of the parking lots, full and obviously they are not being paid. The parking problem is during the night, not the day, and yet the manager has no control over that and forces you to pay for parking, including the owner of the apartment. Stay away from here.

I had a truly disappointing experience at Lantower Grandes Flats Apartments. The amenities, particularly the pool, are far from satisfactory. The grill doesn't work, the gym is consistently dirty, and the entrance gate has been malfunctioning for over a month. Additionally, the strong smell of cigarette and marijuana permeates my apartment, making it nearly unbearable. Moreover, packages left by delivery services are frequently stolen. Overall, the lack of maintenance and security measures makes living here a regrettable decision.

The place is nice but the management is not. My son stayed 1.5 yrs and was constantly harassed about everything from trash to parking. Took forever to get something fixed by maintenance. We spent many hours and much cost to clean only to get our deposit held 100%. Engaged a lawyer to no avail. Contract signed was 60 pages full of legal stuff we did not understand. Summary: would not recommend. Stay away and beware. Good luck in your search! Pass on this one!

I have been living in this residence for more than 4 years and I have seen how this administration has been declining. It does not know how to fulfill its functions. In addition to having high rental rates, the gates have been damaged for more than a year and there has been damage to vehicles There have been vehicle thefts for this reason, among other things. The stairs and hallways are always dirty with trash and stains. The pool is closed for maintenance most of the time and the grills are not working. If you think that everything I am saying is exaggerated, come here and take a tour so you can see what is happening.
