Lina and her team all always courteous, polite and professional whenever I visit them in the office. In addition, the maintenance team are always quick to address any maintenance issues I have. This is a great community in an excellent location and I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a new home!

This is my genuine review. I would give Zero to this apartments if there was a chance. I've never seen such a bad apartment before. In this case, the proverb "Don't judge a book by its cover" suits the apartment managers well. Before I leased the application, Nathalie spoke to me gently and patiently, but once I leased, she treated me like hell. Her screams were filled with hell. Whenever you ask her a question, she simply replies, I don't know, you should contact another person. After leasing, they charge an additional amount indirectly. She flips the words according to their convenience. Also, she won't make us complete the sentence. My kind request to everyone, please don't move here. I did a very big mistake in my whole life.

As a Realtor, I always preview properties for my clients before I schedule a showing. With the relocation clients it’s essential to do that before they arrive to DFW area. Recently, I visited Lantower Legacy Lakes Apartments for a self-guided tour for one of my relocation clients. I was impressed with their staff and management. I felt welcomed from the minute I stepped into the office. Their manager, Lina, personally answered all of my questions and provided me with all the valuable information that I could forward to my client. Lina was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. She genuinely cared about my client’s needs. I highly recommend the Legacy Lakes Apartments to anyone who is looking for their new home!

We just signed a second year lease at the Lantower Legacy Lakes and we love it here! Beautiful complex, fast and responsive maintenance team, every repair order gets completed within 24 hours. Thank you! We had a few changes over the past year in the managing team, and I really hope this current team stays for a long time because they are the best! Sophie, Natalie and Dereck are very nice and helpful with any inquiries. And they are throwing THE BEST complex events. We’ve just been at their Wine down Wednesday event and had a blast! Sophie cares so much about decor and atmosphere, food was delicious, wine was plenty and it was a great joy to enjoy this pre-Christmas event. Big thank you to a whole team and please let’s have more events like that!

The new staff, especially Sophia is extremely rude and dismissive!!

I called one day after hours because I had wasps flying around inside of my house, getting in through closed window because of cracks. I called multiple times for maintenance and no one came out that night even though the automated system said that someone would be out.

I went in the next day after killing yet another wasps inside of my window and Sophia was so intent on arguing me down about how this was not an emergency that she wouldn’t even listen to my request. I was finally able to get a word in and told her I wasn’t about to go back and forth, that my request now was for maintenance to come and seal my windows. She said she couldn’t help me, I need to go online and do it myself. I’ve come into the office before with mild request and I know for a fact they have the ability to put in a request for you, she just wanted to be snooty and the most unhelpful she could be that day.

Outside of that, several apartments have mold issues, the hallways are disgusting, people leave trash bins everywhere and there is so much built up grime. The amenities at this place are the absolute bare minimum and the “events” they throw are subpar with no effort put into them. Don’t move here, I can’t wait to leave

Maintenance was excellent Marie the manager was absolutely horrible. The walls are paper thin and the flooring above no sound proof at all. They don't care about their residents just about money, suggest to be thorough in move in and check out sheet they will overcharge you unfairly.
