I’m disappointed. I was very nice with this nail tech (whose name I believe is Van) and she was rude and blunt. I told her I only want a French mani with a clear base and she kept making me feel bad for not putting a pink base instead. My husband came with me to get a mani and when I saw that no one was servicing him even though there was techs available, I spoke to her and she ignored me instead. I had on red nail polish before so of course my nail bed will look more pink and I didn’t mind that. However, she did a poor job removing the nail polish and when I told her that, she still didn’t remove a portion from underneath my nails. By the time I was done with my mani and pedi, I was over her and the service. She did not speak to me and told me I was done. Instead she pointed me to pay in the front. I did not put a tip because of her nasty behavior and she was speaking about me to other coworkers because of that. Do not be an a** and expect anything from a paying customer. You guys will never get a cent from me and I will make sure to spread this around to everyone I know. The lady wore glasses and looked fat and worked to the right side of the salon in the front, so if you still go, beware. The photos below were the product of her sloppy work. Not worth $65.

Got my nails done today and I loved them but the same day one of my nails broke. I really liked everyone there but super disappointed that one of my nails just snapped off the same day of getting them done.

I’ve been coming here for the last 3 months and this is now my go to spot, I love the ambiance and family feel, very welcoming. Lan does the best dip manicure I’ve ever had, highly recommend her! She always finds a way to fit me into her schedule and makes me feel very taken care of. My manicures always last 2+ weeks, seriously so happy I found this place, I love them!

I’ve been getting my nails done here since I was 13 years old, and 7 years later i find myself always coming back! Not only is the service neat and fast, but the artist are reliable and refuse to have an unhappy client. All the artists are great, and easy to work with. If a design is hard to do they will try and work around it to make sure you are satisfied. I recommend this spa to anyone who ask, or compliments my nails!

I had the worst experience here . I believe the techs name was Lyn. This is my second time here . The first time was wonderful . This time not so much . The pedicure was rushed , she was super rude , and didn’t even do all the services offered in the pedicure I selected.She had to fix my gel polish twice on my feet and on my hands because she rushed it. It looks terrible still. I paid $115 , Never in my life have I experienced such unprofessional service at a nail salon.

Finally found a nail salon to make my norm! It is GORGEOUS inside, clean have hand sanitizer on hand, my nail girl was very nice easy to communicate with and did a very good job with my nails and feet. No pain, no attitude. Hard to find. Highly recommend.
