Had an issue with my refrigerator that urgently needed attention. I reached out to property manager after hours and she quickly responded and assisted in what step to take next. Maintenance was here within 25 minutes. So thankful!!

There’s so much that is wrong with this place I don’t even know where to start an it took me 7 months of reporting the same issues to maintenance more than twice for me to decide to write this review DO NOT MOVE HERE if you do not want to be gaslighted by the people in the front office. DO NOT MOVE HERE if you don’t want to have police and when I say police I don’t say one or two patrols I’m talking about a dozen patrols blocking your parking lot about once a month. DO NOT MOVE HERE if you don’t want to have an ANT infested apartment and have them everywhere biting all up on your babies. DO NOT MOVE HERE if you don’t want to pay almost $60 for trash valet for them not to come get your trash just because the trash compactor is having issues now you have a trash can full of trash because the front office will literally email you about the trash not being canceled because of their problems with their one and only compactor for over 100+ units but you still pay full price. DO NOT MOVE HERE if you don’t want ( god forbid it happens to anyone of us tenants or even future tenants) the arch on top of each building to fall and injure someone because apparently all of a sudden they’re all falling down. The playground s not safe for kids to play at all they keep claiming they are going to renew it and are considering it and are just taking rent money and not investing in the property. Ohhh and if you think for a second that because you report that something is Brocken you gonna get it replaced think again they will “ fix it “ till there’s no more fixing to do they do not believe in replacing stuff with new items.DO NOT MOVE HERE pls save your money do more research and take your time and don’t be like me and if for some reason you don’t have any other option just know the model apartment most likely got mad roaches the one they showed me was infested and they acted like it was no issue at all and if one apartment have roaches so does the other. I do thank the maintenance guys for their help because it’s not their fault they just follow orders from the office I blame those who only sit comfortably behind their desk all day and don’t realize this place falling apart.

I’ve had the greatest experience living here for a year, the apartment is so spacious and the Community look out for each other, I miss here,but I may say that the only problem I had ever encountered was parking spaces when coming home overnight shift and there’s no where to park nevertheless they have great customers service and hard working maintenance workers that always able to answer my family questions.

DO NOT MOVE HERE ITS A TRAP!!!!! IF I CAN GIVE THIS COMPLEX A 0 STAR I WOULD!!!! THEY WILL GIVE U A TOUR OF THEY SHOW & NOT THE ACTUAL UNIT!!! THE UNITS ARE INFECTED WITH MOLD ROACHES & WATER LEAKING INSIDE THE WALLS!!! I CALLED ABOUT MOLD, MAINTENANCE CAME OVER & SPRAYED BLEACH & PAINTED OVER THE MOLD. THE MOLD STARTED TO GROW BACK OVER THE MOLD WITHIN 2 WEEKS!!! RENT IS $3000 ITS NOT WORTH A PENNY. TRASH VALET COME @5 PM WHEN PEOPLE IS JUST GETTING OFF WORK.. THERE IS ONLY ONE DUMPSTER FOR THE WHOLE COMPLEX!!!! EVERY SATURDAY TEENAGERS THAT DONT STAY HERE THROWS POOL PARTY TAKING IVER THE POOL AREA & NOTHING GETS DOWN ABOUT THAT. JOYCE IS NO HELP AT ALL SO IS ANDREA THEY ALWAY HAVE ATTITUDE!!!! THE ROOF OUTSIDE FELL!!! THEY CHEAT THEY INSPECTION!!!! THE INSPECTOR WAS NOTIFIED ABOUT THE MOLD & STILL PASSED THE INSPECTION. THE OWNER OF THE COMPLEX HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT FIXING THE ISSUES THE RIGHT WAY HE JUST WANT THINGS PATCHED UP & MOVED ON!! THIS COMPLEX NOW TAKES SECTION 8!!! & I WILL BE REPORTING TO SECTION 8 HOW FILTHY THIS COMPLEX IS!!! TO BREAK THE LEASE ITS 5500$!!!! I HAVE TO PAY MY WAY OUT OF MOLD!!! THESE PEOPLE OR MONEY HUNGRY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR WELL BEING. ONCE AGAIN STAY FARRRRRR AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX. SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACHE!!
