Mitarbeiter sehr nett u hilfsbereit. Für ein „by Hilton“ enttäuschend. Zimmer waren okay, Qualität des Frühstücks eher schlecht! Lauter Fertigprodukte. Alles billig. Man isst und trinkt aus Plastik welches man danach wegwirft! Frühstückspause für die Anzahl der Gäste zu klein bzw. zu wenig Plätze! Diese werden auch nur sporadisch dazwischen sauber gemacht! Wie kommt es zu dieser positiven Gesamtbewertung? Es ist NICHT sauber- und das Zimmer wurde erst auf Nachfrage am 6. Tag gereinigt- am 7. reisten wir ab…Ach, am Dienstag war niemand da? Dann kommt Freitag jemand… Entschuldigen- Fehlanzeige. Bei unseren Freunden passiert gerade genau das Gleiche; also kein Einzelfall! Der Aufzug ( einer; der 2. ist eh außer Betrieb!) wird bei 5 Stockwerken von Mitarbeitern und Gästen gleichzeitig benutzt und geht kaputt. 36 Stunden Treppe! Danach war der Aufzug im Parkhaus außer Betrieb( Ersatzteil da ausgebaut?) und steigen da Treppe. Mein Highlight war der Feueralarm um 8.20 Uhr ( 1. Tag, an dem ich bei der Zeitverschiebung länger als 6 Uhr geschlafen habe) .Die Gäste, die im Schlafanzug an der Rezeption standen, weil sie in Panik ihre Zimmerkarte im Zimmer vergessen hatten, waren begeistert- es war nur eine Übung ?. Beim Frühstück gibt es einen(!) 4 Schlitz-Toaster bei dem es die rechte Seite nicht tut seit einer Woche. Am 3.Tag habe ich das dem Personal gegenüber erwähnt- ja, stimmt , sorry… Ist übrigens die Antwort auf alles… Insgesamt habe ich keinen Mitarbeiter erlebt, der das Wort Entschuldigung kennt oder an einer Lösung interessiert ist. Gästezufriedenheit wird hier ganz klein geschrieben…Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! PS. Die Möbel sind ziemlich abgenutzt und die Bilder stark geschönt. Das ist übrigens meine erste 1 Sterne Bewertung….

I've stayed at Homewood in various locations, but this is the first time I've seen such good attitudes from staff. Breakfast was Christmas style, and the eggs were disappointing. They were fried egg whites with spinach and tomatoes, and I would have preferred regular scrambled eggs, but this is also a good memory. The potato and pepper galette was also delicious. They replenished quickly. Since many people use it, it would be better to have a larger serving area. There are many places to eat. Coffee is available 24 hours a day. Laundromat is $3.
It's about a 30-minute walk to Bellagio, and you have to cross the bridge.
The parking lot is in a building, but it's very easy to use.
The facilities and staff at Home2 where I stayed last year are at a completely different level!
It's efficient, and I recommend it for people who use rental cars.

Came for a conference and was glad to be able to stay at someplace away from the strip. Since my husband came with me we wanted a suite with a work area and those were not easy to find. Homewood Suites was perfect. Fairly easy to get to the strip but also had a few restaurants close by (In N Out). My one complaint was that both queen beds in our suite were very squeaky every time you would move or roll over. My husband is a super light sleeper. The mattresses seemed to be a little old as well. The breakfast was SUPER yummy and it was nice to see stuff beyond the basics like the enchilada breakfast casserole or carnitas breakfast burritos.

AMAZING! My stays were simply AMAZING! I would first like to give a 'SHOUT OUT' to Mr. Dre... I'm not sure what the stay would've been like without him. I stayed there twice during the summer, and I believe both stays were in August. I only needed a few days while waiting to check into my Resort. Mr. Dre and I connected on a 'big sister, little brother' and we would chat whenever I was going in or out. I've read the NEGATIVE reviews but because I travel (a lot) I know that some things are can be avoided and some can't. There were a couple of minor issues, but once I spoke to Dre about them, he showed genuine concern and rectified the situation. I actually spoke to him as a paying customer and tried to enlighten him on a few things guest should not find when they arrive. I found a dirty bowl & microwave dish in the cabinet (minor) and one other issue that was a little more serious. EVERYTHING WRONG WAS HOUSEKEEPING ISSUES! The only way to avoid housekeeping issues is to ensure you have GREAT housekeeping supervisors who do the rechecks after the housekeepers are done, and GREATER housekeeping managers who randomly check behind the housekeeping supervisors. I personally come in with my own Lysol and cleaning supplies. I wipe everything down, including the fridge & remotes. I know how to make beds & wash dishes, so I never need daily cleaning! I usually stay at resorts which are more like being at home so I WOULD NEVER PUT DISHES ON THE FLOOR IN THE HALLWAY or fast-food trash bags! If you bring food upstairs on dishes, take the dishes back downstairs on your way out! There was a slogan at my job that said..."Housekeeping IS everybody's business". MR. DRE stayed on top of everything! Because there was only a short time between my stays, I asked if I could go back into the same room since I had already cleaned it so well and he obliged! Thank you, Dre! It was a very busy time, and it was HOT! Only one elevator was working, and the AC went out on some of the floors including mine. But they got the HVAC people in and had it working within a couple hours. While sitting in the lobby I witnessed Mr. Dre talking with a VERY belligerent guest who was very nasty; he repeated the same information to her like 7 times and she still wasn't bugging or didn't get it! I was thinking that maybe he should try a different language because even though she spoke English, she acted like she didn't understand it! Mr. Dre never lost is composure; he never relented, raised his voice or waivered! I was AMAZED at how he kept his cool! In my opinion you could have 7 stars based on my stay and I would stay there again, and you also need to clone Mr. Dre! Thank you, Dre. Sincerely!

I recently stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Las Vegas City Center and had a mostly positive experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a sofa that converts into a bed, making it ideal for families with children. The kitchen was well-equipped, complete with a full-sized refrigerator, which was a convenient addition.

The hotel's location is excellent, being close to casinos and a variety of restaurants, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local attractions. The breakfast provided was also impressive, offering a good selection of items to start the day.

However, there were a couple of downsides. The carpet in the room was somewhat dirty and could use replacement. Additionally, some of the towels were stained, which was a bit disappointing.

Overall, Homewood Suites offers a pleasant stay with great amenities and a fantastic location, but a few improvements in cleanliness would enhance the experience.
