Centennial Home Improvement is a wonderful company to work with. From picking what we wanted for our new siding and gutters to the actual work. They did amazing work and completed it in great time.
Our original light we got for the porch didn't allow the front door to open, which was our fault and they came back after the house was done to switch the lights for us.
I will 100% recommend Centennial Home Improvement for any projects you need!

I placed a request for a quote to have a gutter run replaced, the owner called me within 30 or so minutes. Jason came out gave me a quote, he was helpful, fast and kind.

When it came to having the work done, the crew nice, treated the property with respect and did a great job. They did the job quick, fast and it was like they were never there.

The company was quick to ensure I was satisfied with the job. The owner called to follow up personally and Jason came out to inspect.

Centennial is an excellent company to work with. Mark's team are true professionals and responded very promptly. I called multiple siding companies to fix a siding issue and most would not do small repairs. Dennis came out on the hottest day of the year and did an excellent job and went above and beyond than what he needed to do! I could not be any happier with the job he did! Dennis is a perfectionist! Guys like Dennis are a true asset and are so rare these days! Very honest company. I will most likely be using them for all my home needs in the future! I highly recommend Mark and his team!

I worked with Mark an Jim on repairing the siding damage we had from the derecho damage. They did a fabulous job. They worked well with us and our insurance to get the job done. They were patient with my never ending questions, since they were working with supply shortages thanks to the many storms and pandemic. In the end the house looks like a brand new place! My neighbors have stopped to tell us the same thing. I posted photos of the before and after work. Only things missing are the gutters as they were added after the photos.

My project was new siding on my house and garage and also a new roof on my house. I had a wonderful experience with this company. They took care of the task of communicating with my insurance company and keeping my project moving forward. That was a lot of extra work for them and they never complained and did this in a timely manner. Jim and Mark communicated with me all along the way and I never had to guess what was happening with my projects. They put a personal touch in everything they do. I felt like I was the only customer with #1 priority. Service like that is very hard to find. I'm highly pleased with how everything turned out. They work quickly but do quality, stellar work. I would highly recommend them for your roofing and siding needs.

Great experience from the inital consult to the installation. Crew was here at 7:30 and had completed everything and cleaned up by around 2:00. A good friend made the referral and he wasn't wrong. And ....the house looks great.

Jim is great to work with and is a great communicator. Mark on the other hand called me a liar (over the phone) during a dispute when he misunderstood what I was saying. When it got sorted out and it was evident I was not lying I never received an apology.

As a follow-up to Mark's reply, he is again mistaken regarding what I said as he made assumptions before I even said anything and is again calling me a liar but has yet to say any of this to my face. What I did say was I bought a new camera since what they (Centennial) provided was potentially hazardous and not up to the factory specifications. Although what they provided made the camera "turn-on" it doesn't mean it "worked". Centennial said they had looked for a factory replacement screw and couldn't find one. Following no follow-up communication for almost a week, I bought a new one considering there was an open hole and no doorbell for over one week with no end in sight. I never installed the new camera. As anyone who's installed a doorbell camera would know, what would make more sense, to simply replace a single screw or replace an entire doorbell and go through the steps of deleting and adding a new camera? These are the holes in his story. It took several days to get a reply back but as soon as I said I was going to post a review on Google I immediately received a call. When I did receive a call I explained when Centennial said they couldn't find the factory screw I assumed this was still the case since I wasn't given any information on the contrary. So when I said I expected them to pay for the replacement doorbell since this was the only resolution at the time I was berated and it was only at the end of the very unprofessional conversation did Mark say they found a replacement screw which I did agree to as a resolution. Why didn't he just say they found the screw first thing in the conversation?

It seems Mark cares more about his Google rating than actually helping customers. He throws insults over the phone and sends Jim for the face to face. I don't care if this review gives or costs them customers, this is my honest review and recount of the events. The only reason I was a repeat customer was because of Jim. The only reason I was an initial customer was because Foley Construction had a huge wait list. In retrospect I should've just waited. Mark, keep your cookies.
