Our entire experience with this company was great. We dropped in to see samples of countertops that they had, and got a rough estimate on the spot. The price was great, and didn't change much with the final estimate, after measurements. Team came on time and did a professional work. We are very pleased with the results.

Great customer service! The cabinets were ready in 2 days and look very good. I even needed 1 extra cabinet after the fact in a hurry and they rushed one for me. Plus their price is reasonable. I've recommended them to a few people already

I visited today and explained that I was visiting to see if they what my wife wants for the remodel. I was greeted and was escorted to the granite and quartz area when another customer came in holding a sink. My escort immediately went to him as if it would be a second before answering a question for me. I took a picture of what I liked and she came back while the other employee helped the guy with the sink. She then escorted me to the cabinets and I said to her this is what my wife likes. She didn't give me any info on the product and went back to the guy with the sink. So while I was just standing there I asked if t his was an appointment only business. The man that came in with sink then looked at me. She replied No then asked if she could help me with anything as I was leaving knowing exactly what was happening . You should treat all customers equally if you want business with one and more through referrals.

My first experience with Panda Kitchen was great. We paid upfront as required and they scheduled our install. They even gave us a great deal on their 280$ sink. The young lady who assisted us was polite, professional and efficient. However, after the install the contractors neglected to put the dish washer brackets back in place. When we reached out about their error they told us it would be 200$ to fix their mistake. As a result I ended up paying a plumber 145 extra dollars 270 total to have the plumbing reconnected and the dish washer installed. I was less than enthused with the contractors communication, further they didn't clean up behind themselves as most contractors I've worked with do. I was willing to overlook those two minor issues until they made a 200$ mistake and refused to take ownership. They have decent prices but your better off spending a little more for better service.

I looked at the reviews before choosing a company. I saw a lot of comments about customer service not being good. I did not see any problem when I went there. I was personally looking at the quality of their product and their price. Both were excellent. The manager took time to advise me on the best options. The price was great for quality product and the installers came on time and did an amazing job in a timely manner. They gave me a checklist of what I needed to do prior to installing, I did everything and there were no hidden costs. My kitchen looks great and I have no complaints at this time.

They did a great install on great products. Prices are competitive on both quality and price to the degree that I'm now a bi fan and will absolutely recommend them for both cabinets and solid surfaces for any kitchen or bath project.

Panda installed new granite countertops in our kitchen and did a fantastic job. Everyone we dealt with from the salesperson to the estimator to the installers were very friendly and professional. The job was done very well and the price was the lowest of our estimates by 30%. We would definitely hire them again.

Good prices but bad customer service. The guy laughed at my cell phone (praising his own) as i sat across from him. Which professional would do that? Employees lacked customer service skills in general and need training. Overall i love the counters, sink could be better. Our sink already has scratches and lost its look and it's not even that old!
