Great office, staff is super friendly and helpful. I was seen by Dr. Jaqueline Rodriguez. She is amazing. I dont have enough words to express how happy and confident she made me feel about my diagnosis. She explained everything so clearly and took her time to answer all my questions. 10000% recommended.

Most efficient ran doctors office I’ve ever been to, my appointment was at 10:00 a.m. and I was out of there by 10:25. Everyone was super nice.

Absolutely the worst physicians office I have ever been to from the small hot waiting room, to the all stark white walls everywhere. You feel like you’re in a prison. To make it worse, the front desk personnel are extremely rude. I just need my condition managed at this point. I don’t need a ton of lab work and x-rays. An argument ensued over my medication and I was basically told to go elsewhere for my care. The assistants that take minimal vitals are pleasant. Weight and blood pressure is all they do. The PA-C spends approximately 2 minutes with you and you’re out of there. I’m used to having my chest measured with empty and full lungs, being tapped with the rubber hammer tool, pricked with a pin to see if I have feeling, seeing how far I can reach toward my toes, temperature taken, listening to my heart and lungs. None of this is done, run away from this place if you can, it operates like a people factory. No, compassion at all!

I wish to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service provided by Dr. Jacqueline Rodriguez and her staff. Despite my usual challenges with medical appointments elsewhere, their kindness and attention to detail stood out. They not only prioritized my care but also took proactive steps to address billing issues with my insurance. My sincere appreciation goes out to them for their professionalism and dedication.

Dr. Lam is an excellent rheumatologist. I regularly refer him my patients who need his specialty and I always get nothing but praises. He fully has my endorsement!

Well, my first impression is, I’m impressed, this office looks like a call center, they have like 20 ladies on the phone receiving phone calls, I got to the office 10 minutes before my appointment and to my surprise, I was called on time, no waiting, nothing, so I was glad, I’m giving 3 stars because it wasn’t a doctor who saw me but the practitioners nurse, but I must also say that with some experience I’ve had and things I’ve heard, sometimes the practitioners nurses knows better than the doctors ? by the way, why rheumatologists are so hard to find? That office was packed, ? and this is the only one I found in the area

There is a huge difference between a busy office and a medical factory. You are just a DOB. The only phone option that is available is the front circle of ladies who are appointment setters. Otherwise, you cannot speak to anyone. Per their very long phone menu since "they are a very busy office", your only option is to leave a message and you won't receive a call back. The staff is friendly but they sound like they are putting out fires and trying to meet their daily quota of new appointments. These is the result of very deficient management. I've seen 2 doctors and was so happy to learn that her mentor was the best rheum that I've ever treated with. Everything starts well but then goes into decline. i can venture to say that even the doctors' time is monitored. Again, this is a medical factory and not a medical office who cares about their patients in pain.
