Love the environment here!! They’re so friendly and even though they were busy for Christmas, they made sure to make our food in advance when we called in. I love the nui bo luc lac, would come again!

My favorite thing about this place is their veggies. They are not stingy at all and give bundles of veggies with their banh xeo. You can tell they thoroughly clean their veggies and only serve fresh ones. Their banh xeo is a must because it’s so huge and crispy. I love coming here for their broth dishes and pandan waffles too! I try to come here as much as I can cause their food is so comforting. I also heard their Che chuoi (Vietnamese banana, coconut, and tapioca dessert) is really good too! Next time I come, I’ll definitely try that!

I've been wanting to try the Banh Xeo for a year!!! But I usually get off work late so by the time I try to order it they've already closed. Good thing on sundays they open slightly later so I was able to order 1 to go and it was delicious! It's slightly more expensive than Bistro B's, like by $1-2, but the difference in the price is totally worth it! I find that their banh Xeo isn't as oily and still filled with delicious goodness. Literally I was staying away from eating banh Xeo for a while cause so many places made it so oily that it would give me stomach aches, but thank goodness la xanh's isn't oily whatsoever!
I'm definitely coming back in the future to get more banh Xeo!

Mua 3 phần canh bún togo , đem về mở ra nghe mùi chua lè chẳng có chút mùi nào là mùi canh bún , rau muống thì luộc muốn rục luôn, nhưng đây là lần đầu vô order thử tại vì thấy trên kênh bầu trời houston nói đây bán canh bún rất ngon, thôi cũng ráng nếm thử coi sao ai dè mặn chát, quá thất vọng luôn ! Mình góp ý với thiện chí > Mong bạn chủ coi điều chỉnh lại !

The banh xeo and pandan waffles are off the charts. I can eat my weight of those two foods. My family would only order banh xeo for dinner. They’re crispy, huge, crunchy, and delicious. The banh xeo is filled with pork, shrimp, and bean sprouts. There is so much flavor. You get a big plate of lettuce, different mints, and nuoc cham with each order. Making a banh xeo/lettuce/herb wrap and dipping it in nuoc cham is delicious. My family and I also like to top off dinner with their fresh pandan waffles. They’re chewy, fragrant, and yummy.

I finally got a chance to try their well known thin crispy bánh xèo.
It's the best bánh xèo from a restaurant I have tasted.

All the restaurants I have tried in Florida make it with a thick batter drenched and saturated in oil.

Lá Xanh restaurant aced it with their thin crispy batter with little oil. So yes, I highly recommend trying their bánh xèo here.

The restaurant offers many other authentically traditional Vietnamese cuisines, snacks, and some fresh tropical fruits as well.

I'd go here again for bun rieu, the flavor is on-par with Houston's Bellaire scene! friendly helpful waiter and the double-sided menu has a solid selection of classic Vietnamese dishes
One of the few dfw places that has corn milk but it was severely underwhelming
