Labcorp dice que los sábados atienden para exámenes de laboratorio y cuando trato de sacar cita para cualquier sábado, no me dá opción para ningún sábado, en la web tienen descontinuados los sábados en cualquier mes del año, pero cuando me comunico por teléfono dicen que los sábados esta abierto y en la website no dan opción para hacer citas los sábados. Que falta de respeto con el público engañandonos, eso es una burla con los pacientes.

Labcorp says that they are open on Saturdays for laboratory tests and when I try to make an appointment for any Saturday, they don't give me an option for any Saturday. On the website they have discontinued Saturdays in any month of the year, but when I call them by phone they say that they are open on Saturdays and on the website they don't give an option to make appointments on Saturdays. What a lack of respect for the public by deceiving us, that is a mockery of the patients.

The worst location I’ve been too . I was on time for my appointment at 2 then they say they closed everything down early so they wouldn’t be able to accommodate me. Very ridiculous and unprofessional

The online appt was so easy to setup and the check in from car was super convenient. I had a 10 am appt, technician was ready for me at 940 when i checked in by phone. The lab is super clean and only 2 patients were inside lobby with me. The staff was courteous and friendly and helped me get processed swiftly. I was done at 1018 and leaving the parking lot. Thank you Labcorp for your awesome services and staff.

I have been going to this location for years and years and I never have a problem. Service is quick and efficient and the phlebotomists are skilled. I don't understand all the negative reviews. So I thought I should enter a good review. What are people expecting out of this place? Make a proper appointment (no walk ins allowed,) bring the relevant paperwork and your i.d.s and you should have no problems.
