Lan did an amazing job designing our new master bath and changing our guest powder room into full bathroom. We wanted a clean, timeless look and she fully delivered. Lan has a sharp practical eye and often sees potential problems that you may not have even considered. I love all of the small details that make our bathroom special: the contrasting white tile, the pullout laundry hamper, and lots of places for storage. The difference is life changing. The whole design process was smooth and painless. Moreover, she put a lot of effort in communicating with our contractor, making sure every detail was done right, which we really appreciated. Lan's pricing is very reasonable and her turnaround time was quick. We plan on using her services for the rest of the house.

Lan designed our 1960s home remodel. We live in what I call, a "1960s Florida block house". Lan took this basic block house and redesigned our kitchen, enclosed Florida room, pantry/storage room, laundry and guest room, plus added a bathroom (that didn't exist before) off of our pool patio area.

This was major redesign that took about 6 months of construction. Lan was so detailed in her design and thought of 'house flow'. We have 3 kids, so it was important to be functional and enjoyable for a growing family. Lan was receptive and attentive to design and how the house life would be for us.

Her designs have come to life as we have been living in the house for about a month now. It is such an enjoyable and beautiful space because of Lan and her ideas/vision. We started out with a few ideas and conversations with Lan. She took her measurements of the house and viewed the space, and then Lan created several renderings and modified them down to one design. Then we moved on to having her pick out most of the fixtures and finishing with a balance of her ideas and our input. We are so grateful for her talent and professionalism. The house is so wonderful now for us. The placement and flow of everything is so much nicer than it was before, and we now feel like we are living in a new & modern house! Thank you Lan!
