First and foremost the nurse that does the exam beforehand is super sweet and is so good with kids! She was very patient and kind. It warmed my heart seeing my child in such good care . Also! Dr.Haong has been seeing my child for going on 3 years now& I absolutely love her! She’s really attentive as you bring up any concerns about your child. Thanks to her care, my little one will now see the world much more clearly in glasses!:)

She didn't push for unnecessary tests or treatments but told us what she suspected and let us make an informed decision from there. Thankfully, we probably won't have to see her again, but if we ever need a pediatric opthalmologist again, 100% would seek her out!

The scheduling is lackluster. Initial appointments are over 3 month waits along with follow up appointments. The doctor and the administrative staff are on different pages and seem confused with what each party is doing. The whole experience felt disconnected from reality. Might have just been an odd day but I don’t plan on taking my child there again. People don’t appreciate medical institutions that are run like a circus and the patient is the punch line of a joke.

She is the best doctor EVER. I have more confidence and more pride due to Dr Hoang. She is very knowledgeable and answered every question and concerns that had also the measurements and the testing she did before the surgery. I thought we're useless, time consuming and pricey turned out to be well worth it and made me realize I needed patience, understanding and hope. I wish there was more doctors like her.
