To start, The woman who did my nails, who i believe to be the owner is extremely rude. She can not take any type of criticism and became extremely defensive when told i wasn’t happy with my nails and will not be paying the price asked. She threw a whole fit about me not liking my nails because she was trying. Which i didn’t disregarded and was trying to be very respectful in telling her i wasn’t happy . She told me to leave and left me with acrylic all over my hands and fingers. And down below , is what she claimed to be ok. She wanted $65 for these and i told her i wasn’t paying that and gave her 40 which honestly i shouldn’t have given her anything considering how i was just treated due to not liking whatever she just did to my nails .

Horrible experience. After entering I was ignored for 3 minutes. They rushed me through a pedicure. After saying they would match my finger nail color to my toe nails they couldn’t. Then didn’t use the color I asked for. The powder manicure was poorly done. She was rushing to finish while standing the last steps. Then they didn’t have a fan to dry my toes so I had to walk to my car in the freezing cold in the fake sandals! Every moment of my experience here was a waste of time and money. Save your money and go anywhere else.

I had an appointment and came right on time just to wait 30 minutes. From the get go we realized how unprofessional this place is. Don’t be alarmed if your nail artist consistently stops doing your nails to book phone appointments! My Friend and I both got acrylics and each of our nails are different shapes and lengths. Not only being different shapes and lengths, they also are chunky on the sides of some of our nails. When I say “chunky” I mean one of my nails specifically has hefty hardened acrylic remanence that should’ve been filed off, but nope just will have to go on with my abstract nails. Payed $50 not including tip.. Please spend your money ANYWHERE else. Annie’s has the same prices, but there you are getting amazing service.

Been here a couple times because of the cheap prices but it’s not worth sacrificing for bad ambiance and unprofessionalism. Clients are treated like cars at a chop shop- one person will remove your polish, then they make you get up and sit somewhere else where another will prep the nails then you have to move AGAIN to someone who will put the new polish on. It is all very rushed. I have never had a dip manicure take just 35 minutes from removal to new set before I came here. One time I called ahead to see availability for the same day, and they said I could come in now. I arrived within 15 minutes and the owner just yelled “I don’t have time right now” and dismissed me. So yeah id recommend this place if you want to wait for an hour in a tiny space only to be rushed through the most awkward and unrelaxing manicure of your life.

I've tried many nail salons in West Chester and Lan's is definitely my go to! The staff is so sweet and attentive and all of them do an awesome job. The Pedicures are great. Make an appointment and they will take you right on time!

I've been going to Lan's for years now. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience. It's a nail salon, so sometimes it gets busy and you have to wait 20 minutes, but honestly, I would wait for an hour for their services. Their gel manicures far outlast any other gel manicure I've gotten in the West Chester area.

I’ve gone here a few times over the year, and sometimes go with my friend. Sometimes you may have to wait a little to get service but it’s 100% worth it. The workers take their time with their customers & nails. Their salon is clean and they follow covid precautions. I got my nails done today and I’m very happy with the result. They’re absolutely beautiful, the workers are very talented and always make sure the customer is happy with the results 🙂 ❤️
