Ironically , a lot of fake positive reviews have been posted lately about this complex .
I regret leasing here !!!!
This is not LUXURY!
I wouldn’t recommend.
The rent is not what is advertised !
Beware of hidden fees added to your rent like “lifestyle fee” to use the pool and gym, added electric/water charge for the leasing office (separate from your own duke energy bill) and a dumpster fee of $16 when they already charge you $25 for valet trash. Mandatory delivery fees (fetch) $16 and ,mandatory storage fee ($15).
They charge you $5 for pest control but this complex (not just my apartment) is infested with roaches ! (I’ve spoken to neighbors) who have requested additional services but nothing has helped ! For the price they charge to live here, I shouldn’t see roaches every night !
Waiting for my lease to expire !! This is a one and done ordeal.
Parking here is horrendous, don’t come home past 7pm , there won’t be any parking for you. You’ll have to walk from the front of the community (if you’re lucky to find parking) . Towing is an issue here because there isn’t enough parking for the residents that live here .
The common areas are filthy. People smoke here (it’s a non smoking community) and there are cigarette buds , beer boxes/cans , trash bags left in the gazebos .
The best part! The dog shit in common areas ! Expect to step on dog poop on the sidewalk/stairs (there was dog poop in my hallway) I guess the poor dog couldn’t hold it in any longer (and the owner lacked house training and just left it there for everyone to see).
I’ve never lived somewhere as bad as this place.

If you value your sanity and money,
rent Elsewhere!
Lantower grande pines ,save face !
You already know the issues here and are going to fake apologize for the inconvenience.

On a positive note , I will say the staff at the leasing office is kind and professional….
Since you have to direct your issues to staff in Texas who oversee this property in Florida and communicate via email with you .

The holiday celebrations at Lantower were absolutely fantastic! The event was well-organized, with beautiful decorations that truly captured the festive spirit. The staff went above and beyond to create a welcoming and joyful atmosphere. There was something for everyone to enjoy, from delicious treats to fun activities. It was a perfect way to celebrate the season and bring the community together. Highly recommend Lantower for their outstanding efforts in making the holidays memorable! 5 stars!

I’ll start by saying I love the two girls in the leasing office, very pleasant people. This complex has many problems, roaches, parking, the cleanliness around the common grounds etc. They will magically care once I post this review and try to respond as if they have such high standard, but they really don’t. When I moved in my rent was supposed to be $1650 but that is false your rent is never what they advertise. Your rent will fluctuate every month. Ladies if you get off late at night just forget about parking close to your apartment because parking is a nightmare here. If you want luxury just forget $150 more move to the glass house down the road. The pool has been green for a whole week now. Ducks shit all in that pool lol. The grills oh lord don’t get me started on those. You would think they would deep clean those twice a month. Again the ladies in the leasing office are the best thing about this place. They are very nice and they can only do so much.

“Wow, what a fantastic Halloween event at our apartment complex! My 4-year-old had an absolute blast.he loved every minute of it. From the spooky decorations to the fun games and treats, the entire setup was perfect for little ones (and the adults, too!). The organizers did an amazing job creating a festive, family-friendly vibe with just the right amount of Halloween spirit. My son left with a bag full of goodies and a big smile on his face. Thank you for a memorable night we’re already looking forward to next year!”

The deterioration in the services is evident, I was a guest with my family who lives there and I was contemplating renting but given the deterioration of the services I absolutely will not rent there, today is Memorial Day and the pool is in terrible condition, it looks green and dirty. They did not notify the owners about this closure, taking them by surprise, the grill area has not been working for a couple of months, the game room is closed, and the coffee service has not worked for months, I am not used to doing this type of thing: reviews and such, but I think it is important to inform the community.

The front office has an Amazing staff, we Have called this our home for the past 2 years and it Has been amazing place to live. Amazing Maintenance staff always willing to help in anyway posible. Angel is one he has been amazing through the time we’ve been here.

1/5 stars for parking. If you come home after 9, you'll have to pick your car up at a tow yard for $135 or walk the entire complex. Parking here SUCKS especially if you're a resident.

5/5 stars for maintenance! Carmello saved the day when my unit's AC went out, he came and dropped off a portable AC the night before and quickly resolved the issue the next day! Thank you so much!

horrible, me mudé hace un mes de alli, pagué renta por los 9 dias de noviembre que me restaban, limpié mis alfombras aun asi me cobraron 275 por limpieza y otros fees, , volví a pagar, me voy y cuando cierran me dicen que debo 1570 otra vez, la renta completa, nadie te explica porque, debes mandar correos y correos, no hay tlf ni nadie que te llame , asi que pague, y me dijeron que ya todo estaba cerrado y saldado y a estas alturas dos días después de haber pagado todo lo que supuestamente debía, me vuelven a mandar la factura, del mes por otros 1560 otra vez, que ya no vivo ahí, la única forma en que te responden es por correo electrónico, y no te explican de donde salen esos montos, solo te dicen que pagues, ya que he pagado 4 veces esta semana, y hoy sábado me vuelven a mandar la factura de todo el mes. Esto no está bien. No hay teléfonos y nadie, nadie te dice nada.

horrible, I moved in a month ago, I paid rent, cleaned my carpets, rent again, and at this point two days after paying everything I supposedly owed, they send me the bill again, for the month that I no longer live there, the only way they will respond to you is by email, and they don't explain where those amounts come from, they just tell you to pay, since I have paid 4 times this week, and today Saturday they send me the bill for the entire month again. This is not right. There are no phones and nobody, nobody tells you anything.
