Phenomenal experience!

We walked in as a group (my mom, husband, and I) and were blown away by the service at Orchid Nail Salon. Ana, Jenna, and Peter took such great care of us, and their attention to detail was unmatched. The pedicures were beyond amazing—truly the best I’ve had in a long time!

On top of that, their pricing is fantastic. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable and the facilities are extremely clean!! We’ll absolutely be back—this is officially our go-to nail salon! Highly recommend!

My experience was not pleasant. I wanted my nails done for my Birthday. I needed fills and a pedicure. I started with a pedicure in which the guy who did them cut me and I have bleeding from a gash on my foot now since I left. Instead of rubbing the bottom of my foot he rubs off my skin and created a big cut at the side. Where I couldn't even enjoy the rest of my pedicure cause it was burning. Then I wanted fills on my nails and a simple French design. The lady they assigned me to tried 3 different times to do the design I wanted but couldn't. So I settled for a v shape Gel French which then was done messy and bumpy due to so much gel polish being applied.

The fact I paid 88 dollars for something I did not like. And I now have a cut on my foot I am extremely disappointed and upset! I will not go back there and they still made me pay.

This is a warning for any future walk-ins. Be careful. They were unapologetic and I got no sorry for this. Just a bill and oh we can do your eyebrows for free. I did want them to touch anything else at that point. I am now going to another nail shop to fix what they did. Extremely disappointed in my service it was horrible to go through that.

The worst service the girl that did my eyelash no English her lashes were from tj max not even professional. With the clearance price on box 7.99 and wants to charge $35 for strips I needed it done quick. It already fell off I will never go back. Get professional stuff if u want to run a profesional. Salon not cheap crap and charge that price

Had a great experience at Orchid nail spa, Jenny did an amazing job on my nails and I loved getting the volcano spa treatment. Everyone is so kind and the owner is always making sure that you are comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back to get my nails done.

Beth was good at first until she got on the phone. She was talking the whole time. I have a few cuts on my finger because she was not paying attention. All the staff there are lazy. My nails are so ugly.

I have been a faithful customer for over 15 years. Alice was my nail tech when I first started going then when she left, her sister Evon took really good care of me. When my favorite sisters left Mary became my nail tech and took care of my services as well as for my family. A few months ago I called for an appointment and was told Mary is on vacation for 2 months to which I later found out was not true. Since I needed my nails done I went in anyway to get a gel mani pedi.

When entering what was once my comfy space, I was greeted by a horrible sewer smell. I tried to put on my best face and continue with the service, however the new owners were not friendly and made me not feel welcomed. When explaining what I wanted Linda was acting as if I was bothering her when I ask to have things done a certain way. I left that day very upset especially after paying so much more.

Me not finding a new place, went back once more. This time the service was worse. I have my first nail fungus EVER and if I didn't ask the guy to remove the nail so we can treat the fungus, he would have just done a fill over it.

And guess what? It doesn't stop there. While getting my mani the guy cuts my cuticle and makes it bleed. Then while the guy was working on my mani there was a young lady working my pedi. At this point I'm being stretched all over and very uncomfortable. I asked the young lady to put acrylic on my big toe and it's clear she did not know what she was doing. She put so much acrylic, my toes hurt. Now with us so far into the service Im completely frustrated and just ask them to put on polish so that I can leave.

Even though I was not at all satisfied with my service I thanked them and paid my bill.

As I was paying, Linda kept asking about a tip and although I was very hesitant I gave up $5 and Linda got mad.

Ladies and gentlemen if you can find another nail salon, I highly recommend staying away from Orchid Nails while under the management of Linda and her husband.

I have been a customer with orchid nails for over 10 years. Mary the previous owner actually was my nail tech at a previous shop and I was so happy when she bought orchid nails. Beth was also a pleasant nail tech. As was Lee. The culture was great and it felt like family whenever I went there. A couple weeks ago I went for my appointment and I learnt that the shop was sold to another owner, I was very displeased with the look and demeanors of the new owners. However, I still got my nails done. They are not very friendly. Today I called for my regular appointment and the owners told me that Mary is on vacation for 2 months, which I found out wasn’t true. I already have a bad taste in my mouth about these people. I asked about a pedicure and They already overcharging for services. Not good! The owner tried to explain about a special chemical that she puts in the water that takes away smell but for $20 more for a pedicure that is ridiculous. I now need to find a new nail salon.

Walked in to get my eyebrows waxed and was shocked to see how different the place looked. NTM the woman in the front never greeted me and I had to wait for what felt like 10 min to tell her what I wanted. I asked where Mary is and she told me the lie about her being on vacation for 2 months. I was so annoyed, I walked out. Has anyone found Mary?
