I just moved into this unit a week ago and application process wasn’t bad. The team was very nice and accommodating. However, upon move in there were a few things wrong with the apartment to which I had to submit multiple work orders. Ceiling fan was loose from the ceiling, toilet paper holder was also loose and outlets were coming off the wall in master bedroom. Previous tenant left a black styrofoam rescue in the cabinets and I had to purchase Goo Gone to remove the adhesive. Water quality isn’t good, and if I knew this before applying it would’ve changed my decision on applying in the first place. The water is a dark yellow. Management claims it’s how the city of Davie operates their water system and told us to purchase water bottles or water filters. If I’m paying for water based on consumption I should have CLEAR clean water. The way they receive packages also isn’t the best. They have parcel lockers but sometimes the delivery drivers leave packages on the floor which leads to the possibility of your packages getting stolen. Gym is beautiful though, but I already know based on the points made above, I won’t be renewing.

As a new comer to the city, we were lucky to find this apartment community. Amazing experience so far. Welcoming staff especially Emily and Geo have been excellent throughout the application and move-in process. They have been prompt in providing the responses and provided all the support we need. Peaceful and decent neighbourhood, closer to the colleges and other places. Maintenance staff has been very friendly.

No more thefts !
I have been living here for 7 months, it is a quiet and nice place, my apartment is remodeled in good condition, the gym and the pools are nice, BUT THE THEFTS OF PACKAGES ARE MANY, there is a packing room with cameras that do not work, there are robberies every day, the locker is small for the number of residents, it is very, very sad to be in a place and feel so unsafe, they should close the lockers and have each resident receive their package at their doorstep, and put ring cameras and be responsible for their packages, companies like FEDEX UPS or USPS, do not leave them at the door of the house because there is a locker, even if they leave it on the floor, another option is the place where the garbage is left at each door of the house is where the packages are left inside. I have been here for 7 months and I have been robbed 10 times, do you think twice about renewing your contract?

Been living here for over a year. Had a bad an experience moving in, but the manager at the time try to fix the mistake. I rarely call for anything. Had a broken dryer and washer, I had to keep calling to fix. Had a situation that happened explain to the supervisor, she seems not to care at all. Put in a maintenance request 3 days ago. They came, said they fixed it and left tools in my bathroom sink. The next day same issue. The following day the situation got worst and no one seem to move with a sense of urgency. I am a resident that does not complain and stay to myself.

Keilia made the move in process sooo easy and very smooth. I noticed lots of residents spoke to her during our tour, she’s super sweet. They also had a Halloween event the week I moved it which was amazing!!

Beautiful scenery with ponds and wildlife. Friendly people who have dogs and they keep the property grounds kept up. Great attraction is that the community is smoke free. There is a good sized gym and pools. Trash is collected daily and the maintenance team is always on the go. Grounds are key to the beauty of the community.
